Lisa is thirty-eight. No husband, no children — and certain that she is the family type.
A Swedish feature about a woman who decides she has lived long enough alone, sets an internet personal, and starts letting the city find her one. The film is funny where it wants to be, sad where it has to be, and never quite settles into the genre it might have been.
Written, directed and produced by Maria von Heland. Shot in Stockholm and Berlin with a small Swedish-German crew. Cast led by Amanda Ooms, with Lia Boysen, Pernilla August and Mikael Persbrandt.
Premiered in Sweden in 2005.
